The "FPIP Improved Talent (F.I.T.)" is a Corporate Wellness Program aimed to encourage healthy lifestyle and promote overall wellness of FPIP employees. FIT was launched last March 26, 2012 in partnership with the 360 Degree Fitness Gym. Each employee were measured and evaluated based on key body measurements related to weight, body fat, flexibility, age and vital statistics which will be monitored for the next 40 weeks.,,By the end of the year 360 Degree Fitness instructors will evaluate Top 3 employees with the most improvements in overall strength, and key body measurement.
FPIP Wellness website is the online resource and monitoring medium for the FIT Program. It is a testament to the company's commitment to wellness by providing additional resources to help employees maintain a healthy lifestyle.
