FPIP is located south of Metro Manila, 40 minutes away from Alabang (residential area for foreign expats) and 50 minutes away from Makati (the primary central business district of Metro Manila and residential area for many foreign expats). (1) Electricity
Manila Electric Company (MERALCO), a sister company of FPIP and the biggest power distributor in the northern island of Luzon in the Philippines is the provider of electricity to FPIP locators through an underground distribution system from an exclusive substation that has a capacity of 166 MVA (expandable).

FPIP is selected as one of the few privileged industrial parks nationwide that enjoys a special MERALCO rate that is PhP1.00/kWh less than the regular rate.

(2) Water
FPIP Utilities, Inc. (FUI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of FPIP, is the provider of industrial water with a designed total capacity of 42,500 cu. m. per day. FUI also operates a centralized wastewater treatment plant inside FPIP.

(3) Telecommunications
Globe Telecoms, Inc. and Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) are the major providers of telecommunications services inside FPIP with provisions for high-speed and high-volume telecommunications services.
