FPIP set to open new Commercial Hub in Sto Tomas
First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) recently held a topping off ceremony for its upcoming FPIP Plaza. Rising along the main gateway of the industrial park, FPIP Plaza is a three-story, 15,000-square meter commercial hub that will offer retail, dining, and service establishments to support the daily needs of the park’s growing workforce, as well as the neighboring communities in and around Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
In attendance were executives and project team members from FPIP and First Balfour. Representing FPIP and First Balfour was Jose Valentin “Joval” Pantangco, FPIP’s Chief Commercial Officer and First Balfour’s President and Chief Operating Officer.
