Established in 1996, FPIP is a 505-hectare special economic zone located in Sto. Tomas, primarily accessed through Gates 1 to 3. It also has a 75-hectare expansion area in Tanauan that is accessible through Gate 4-Gen. Malvar street. FPIP is a PEZA-registered economic zone that offers locators best-in-class infrastructure and utilities and industry-leading park management, with on-site operational services that enable fast setup, minimal downtime, and efficient, continuous operations. Alongside special incentives in the form of tax holidays and lower tax rates for eligible enterprises, the unique FPIP experience assures locators ease of doing business, safety and security, and a consistent first-world manufacturing environment. These enable locators to focus on strengthening their global competitiveness.
