FUI Expands Water Services, Extends Footprint in NCR and CALABARZON

FPIP Utilities, Incorporated (FUI), the water solutions arm of First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP), has expanded its portfolio of industrial water and wastewater services, and for the first time, is bringing its expertise beyond its Batangas-based industrial park.

Now serving industrial and commercial establishments across Metro Manila and the CALABARZON region, FUI offers a comprehensive suite of water and wastewater solutions, including:

• Industrial Water Services: water tankering, leak detection and repairs, meter replacement, electromech troubleshooting, and cistern tank cleaning
• Wastewater Services: sewer line declogging and logging, waste hauling, grease trap modification, and grease trap and septic tank siphoning
• Laboratory Services: water and wastewater quality testing and analysis, compliant with regulatory requirements and national environmental and health standards
• Technical Consultancy: expert guidance on regulatory requirements and system efficiency

All these services are accredited by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and recognized by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).

According to Engr. Jeremaine Esguerra, Water Resources Management Group (WRMG) Head,  FUI has already started servicing its initial group of customers under the expanded portfolio and is working to make these services available to more companies, ahead of its commercial launch.

“This is a significant milestone for FPIP, and more especially for FUI,” she shared, “We are excited to bring our proven expertise to a wider market. In fact, we have been participating in various conventions to introduce what we do and explore how we can support more establishments.”

FUI recently joined Laguna Lake Development Authority’s (LLDA) 24th EcoIndEx Environmental Resource Recovery Event (ERRE) at the UMBRIA Sports Hall and Event Center. This event enabled them to engage with hundreds of potential clients looking for reliable and compliant water service providers.  

Esguerra highlighted FUI’s strong foundation and readiness to support their growing operations, “FUI has beefed up its resources with experienced engineers, water experts, and laboratory technicians equipped to deliver quality and reliable services. We have also invested in advanced green water technologies, including the construction of the river water treatment facility, to ensure the growing demands of the customers we serve.”

Despite the geographical expansion, FUI will continue to serve FPIP’s over 150 world-class locators with the same dedication and quality it has delivered for more than two decades.
